Course Description

This course reviews the impact of UV radiation on the human eye. The evolution of various world standards for UV protection are reviewed with a view to why these standards fall short of the current scientific knowledge. ZEISS UVProtect, as a clear lens solution for protection from UV radiation up to 400 nanometers is discussed.
